Here doggie!

without comments

The past couple weeks I’ve been working a lot on sheepdog version 2.

For those of you just joining us; sheepdog is a deadline based project-management site specifically for print and design shops. Originally Andy at Shepherd Boy hired me to build a tool to help manage his team, and that has since evolved to a full-blown partnership between us to share that tool with other shops facing similar problems.

We’re setting up for a big marketing push this fall so I’ve been spending most of my spare time taming this beast.

One thing I’m very happy with is the way we’re handling quantities. The simple act of recording quantities feels simple again.

I use to describe what we’re doing as a “Bloated Basecamp“, but it’s these kinds of simple wins that make me feel like we’re doing something new.

Anthillz Update 2

without comments

Anthillze has zeroed in on a singular focus. Freelancer reviews.

I’ve retooled the interface to center more around the individuals and their reviews. While you’re at it, why don’t you review my work.
